Mine has allowed me to eat lunch alone in my classroom and teachers are generally accepting of me wearing noise-cancelling earbuds. I’m curious as to what accommodations y’all’s schools allow for your misophonia needs (if any)
This might be helpful for you to read, it’s a guide for teachers that you can bring to them about accommodations/etc.
