Teen Forum Rules and Guidelines

All teenagers under the age of 18 must have parental consent to engage in this forum.
The following rules apply:
• This forum is moderated by Amber Liponoga, LCSW. All moderation requests should be sent to Amber via this website.
• Amber Liponoga, LCSW, and all other website affiliates are not responsible for your child using this website, and you must consent to them using this service. If your child has signed up without consent, please email shaylynn@misophoniainternational.com with a formal request to take down the profile, and we will do-so immediately.
• This forum is NOT a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. Please tell your parent, doctor, or local medical emergency number (911) if you are need of treatment.
• No discussion of illegal activities.
• Do not share personal information such as home address, exact location, phone number, or other identifying information. This is for your own safety.
• No sharing screenshots of in-group photos, messages etc. Please respect the privacy of others.
• All posts must be PG-13, and not include sexual or violent content (other than discussion of anger toward triggers etc).
• Adults are not allowed to engage on this thread unless it is within the capacity of a mental health worker, counsellor, or approved advocate. Posts from members who are not age-appropriate will be removed, and any accounts breaking these rules will be immediately removed from the website.
