    Hi there. Step father to a teenager with misophonia. Just wanted to know if earplugs such as these were of any benefit?

    The claim it helps but i don’t overly trust many of these products. Wanted to know if there is any research or experience with them?

      It depends on what their trigger is. Since these are only $20, I don’t see the harm in seeing if they are helpful for your step-child. I personally have had great success with silicone ones from the drug store paired with noise-cancelling headphones. Loop claims to allow you to hear talking while reducing other sounds.
